Cancelation Policy
We appreciate your trust in us to take care of your hair and beauty needs. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have implemented the following cancelation policy
Flexible Modifications: You have the flexibility to cancel or modify your appointment without any charge if done 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
​Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the service cost.
Appointments Within 24 Hours: Please note that appointments booked within a 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but our cancellation policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Return & Exchange policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you've purchased from us, you may return it within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in its original conditioning and packaging.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
To return a product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. this number must be inside the package. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
